If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they have been shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If your order is eligible for cancellation and a refund, we will process the refund to the original payment method used during the purchase. Refunds will be issued within a reasonable timeframe after the cancellation is confirmed.

 

Non-Cancelable Items

If you are not fully satisfied with your countertop water purifier, you may return it within two weeks of receiving the product for a full refund.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for instructions. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
