Return Eligibility

You may return our product within 14 days of purchase if you are not completely satisfied with the product. The revocation period begins from the day you or a third party, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

To be eligible for a return, the purifier must be in its original condition and in the original packaging.

Refund

Once the returned purifier is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase within a reasonable timeframe, unless other method is agreed with you.


Return Shipping

We will cover the cost of returning the goods. You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from wrong handling of the product


Refund Exceptions

Products that are damaged or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will not be issued for products that are returned after the specified return period.
